Søren is a partner and co-owner at IUNO Law Firm, where he co-heads the firm’s dedicated Employment Law department—one of the largest stand-alone employment teams in Denmark, with seven specialist lawyers.

As part of IUNO’s HR Legal team, Søren advises Danish and international companies across a broad range of industries on matters including restructuring, compensation and benefits, business transfers, disputes, and internal investigations. He also has a strong focus on workplace well-being, advising on issues such as harassment, discrimination, and misconduct.

Søren has extensive experience in both court and arbitration proceedings and leads IUNO’s business litigation team.

In addition to his role at IUNO, Søren serves as Chairman of the Board for Solvita A/S and Danish Business Lights A/S, and sits on the board of IUNO Law Firm. He is also a member of the GEO Nordic Chapter Steering Committee and has been actively involved with GEO for nearly a decade.

Søren brings to the GEO Board a deep understanding of employment law and share-based remuneration in the Nordic region, along with practical leadership experience as both a legal adviser and business leader. Having worked with equity compensation since 2003, he is passionate about supporting GEO’s mission and strengthening its impact across the global equity community.
