
I am an Equity Product Manager within the UBS Workplace Wealth Solutions group. I joined UBS in 1996, and currently located in the UBS Weehawken, New Jersey Office.
I have extensive experience working with companies of all sizes and complex equity plans across industries in the Fortune 500. I collaborate with our broader team to ensure we leverage UBS resources to facilitate delivery of specialized solutions to meet client needs.
Prior to my current role, I managed the Account Management team. My team was responsible for ensuring high quality customer service for our clients and developing strong relationships with stakeholders within their organization.
Prior to that role, I managed the Workplace Wealth Solutions Implementation group. In that role I managed a team responsible for onboarding new corporate clients, executing complex client projects and M&A requirements resulting from corporate actions.
I graduated from the Janice Levine School of Business at Rutgers University in New Brunswick, New Jersey with a Bachelor's of Science in Business Management. I am FINRA Series 7 and 63 registered. I also have CEP Level I certification.
As Thermo Fisher Scientific’s Vice President, Executive Compensation, Dominic is accountable for the delivery of the pillars of the Company’s Executive Compensation function: global executive pay designs, operations of the executive movements (a population of over 500), Compensation Committee support and global stock plan administration (a population of over 8,000 participants). Over his 28-year career in Rewards, Dominic has been the Vice President, Global Total Rewards at Stryker and Delphi/Aptiv as well as served as an executive compensation advisor to Boards and Management teams while working for several of the major HR consultancies. He is a regular professional contributor, having presented at over two dozen association and client conferences, including NASPP, FEI, GEO, WaW, SHRM and Equilar annual conferences.
Dominic holds a bachelor’s degree in finance from Miami University in Ohio and participated in Harvard Business School’s Executive Education. He is a Certified Compensation Professional.
Deidre is a Director at Infinite Equity, specializing in valuation, accounting, and plan design for her clients. Deidre has over nine years of compensation and benefits experience. Prior to joining Infinite Equity, Deidre held positions at two large consulting firms, most recently focusing on equity compensation solutions and previously retirement plan benefits. Deidre earned a Bachelor of Art in Mathematics/Actuarial Science from the University of Connecticut. She is a Fellow of the Society of Actuaries and pursuing the Certified Equity Professional designation. Deidre is based in San Francisco.
David Peterson is the Vice President of Global Total Rewards at Hologic, Inc. based in Marlborough, Massachusetts, USA. In this role, Dave is responsible for developing and maximizing innovative compensation and benefits programs that align with Hologic’s overall talent management and business strategies. Dave has a B.S. in Business Administration from Bryant University, an MBA. from Nichols College and is a Certified Compensation and Benefits Professional through WorldatWork. Dave is a member of WorldatWork, SHRM, New England Compensation Consortium and a Board member of the Medical Device Roundtable networking group. Dave is an adjunct faculty at Nichols College in the School of Business and has presented numerous professional workshops at annual conferences, educational forums, and regional events.
David has worked in stock compensation roles since 2010. He started as a stock plan administrator for UBS which evolved into various roles over the years in quality control, training, and service management. His time at UBS strengthened his understanding of different equity plans, running projects, risk management, and business process improvements. On the vendor side of equity administration, he also had a short stint with SOS as an Account Manager and spent 2 years supporting the sales team at EQ providing subject matter and platform expertise.
On the issuer side, David spent 3 years as an Equity Programs Specialist for Texas Instruments and is currently the Equity Compensation Specialist for Axon. These roles have responsibility for day-to-day activity from granting and vesting awards, managing vendor relationships and platforms, SEC 16 and proxy reporting, to employee education and support. Aside from the years in Dallas working for TI, David has lived and worked in Nashville, TN since 2005.
Dave is an Equity Plan Specialist in the Retirement & Personal Wealth Solutions group at Bank of America. In order to assist companies in finding the appropriate solutions for their corporate stock plans, Dave leverages over 30 years of experience in sales, relationship management, plan administration services and consulting for equity compensation and retirement plans.
Dave holds a BA in Economics with a concentration in Finance from Rutgers University, and in 2003, he earned the Certified Equity Professional (CEP) designation. In addition, he holds FINRA Series 7 and 66 registrations. Dave voluntarily served on the Technical Oversight Board for multiple GPS: Guidance | Procedures | Systems research projects conducted by the Certified Equity Professional Institute (CEPI) on topics including Global Stock Plans, Performance Awards, Employee Stock Purchase Plans, and Participant Education and Communication. He also is a member of the National Association of Stock Plan Professionals (NASPP) New York/New Jersey chapter board.
Dave resides in New Jersey with his wife and his two sons, and when he is not working, Dave enjoys coaching youth sports, teaching both typical and special needs children.
Danyle Anderson is a Director of Industry and Consultant Relations for the Retirement & Personal Wealth Solutions group at Bank of America. With a focus on employee share plans, ESPP and executive compensation, Danyle is responsible for fostering connections among clients, consultants, influencers, and banking partners, and shaping ideas around employee ownership within the share plan community.
In her prior role as the Executive Director of the Global Equity Organization (GEO), Danyle led GEO for more than 10 years, establishing industry-leading global share plans education, networking and programming for the global share plans industry. Prior to GEO, Danyle served as Programs Director at the NASPP, Head of Investor Relations and Shareholder Services with Tech Data where she had responsibility for global stock ownership programs in 40+ countries and as an Auditor with Deloitte.
Danyle has over twenty-five years of experience in the equity compensation field and is a Fellow of Global Equity (FGE) and an Executive Fellow of the Institute for the Study of Employee Ownership and Profit Sharing at Rutgers. She holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting from the University of South Florida, is a Certified Public Accountant, a Chartered Global Management Accountant, a Certified Equity Professional and Series 7, 63 and 66 licenses.
Courtney is responsible for design, development and administration of all global broad based compensation, executive and equity compensation and financial benefit programs for Dell.
Ciara has responsibility for strategic compensation planning at Cummins Inc. She has a broad depth of experience in many facets of equity compensation with responsibility for strategic planning, worldwide regulatory and tax compliance in over 70 countries, global communications, vendor management, and stock plan reserve analysis. Ciara’s issuer experience includes oversight of employee stock plans in various M&A transactions, design and implementation of ESPPs in 21 countries, insider trading compliance, and overall plan administration.
She has worked for Cummins since 2008. Ciara earned a Master’s in Business Administration from the University of Tennessee and is a Certified Equity Professional (CEP). Ciara lives in Nashville, Tennessee with her husband, John, and three daughters.
