Carly Griffin
Carly Griffin is an Executive Director at Morgan Stanley where she manages of the 10b5-1 Plan Management Team within the Executive Financial Services department. She is responsible for overseeing the 10b5-1 Plan adoptions and executions for senior executives at some of the world's most prestigious companies. She also acts as the Program Manager for Morgan Stanley's proprietary 10b5-1 record keeping system Plan Builder, helping to develop operational efficiencies and enhance its risk management capabilities.
Carly has a B.A. in Political Science and Philosophy from Tulane University and a J.D. from Touro Law School. She holds the Series 7, 66, 24 and 57 FINRA Licenses and Equity Compensation Associate (ECA) designation.
Chris Dohrmann, FGE
Chris Dohrmann is Executive Director at J.P. Morgan company and host of the Global Shares equity compensation podcast, Own Up. Chris has over 30 years’ experience and has worked with companies ranging from startups to pre-IPO, from small to mid-cap companies in the US, and with international Fortune 500 firms. Chris’ career has spanned all areas of the industry, including investment banks, issuers, brokers, and platform providers. Chris was formerly Executive Director at Equatex, and prior to that spent 20 years in positions at Morgan Stanley Smith Barney, Citigroup and AST. He is experienced in managing high profile, high revenue relationships, as well as large client bases. Chris is a Fellow of Global Equity as well as a current member of the National Association of Stock Plan Professionals, a former Board Member of Global Equity Organization as well as the CEPI Advisory Board.
Craig Rubino
Craig Rubino is Head of Corporate Relationship Management (North America) at Morgan Stanley at Work. In his role, Craig leads the US Public, Global Private and Canadian relationship management and participant education teams that serve workplace benefit plan relationships. Prior to this position, Craig led the communication, education, and industry events teams for E*TRADE Corporate Services’ workplace group.
Craig has 29 years of experience in the financial services industry, with 23 years directly in equity compensation and benefit plan administration. Prior to joining E*TRADE, Craig served as vice president of product management for Fidelity Investments' Stock Plan Services group, where he helped form the start-up organization in the early 2000s.
Craig holds an MBA from Boston College and received his bachelor’s degree from the University of New Hampshire. He is FINRA 24, 7, and 63 licensed. When Craig is not working, he is spending time with his family or catching up on his beloved Boston sports teams, especially the Boston Celtics and New England Patriots.
Danielle Roseland
Danielle Roseland, ECA is a Franchise Stock Plan Relationship Manager at Morgan Stanley at Work located in New York City and a GEO Future Leader of Global Equity.
Danielle started with Morgan Stanley in 2019 and has over 15 years of experience in financial services. She builds and maintains strong relationships with her clients and internal partners. She identifies and communicates customer needs to help ensure customer satisfaction while also addressing and resolving customer concerns and issues. She is strategic and creative when problem solving areas for improvement around integrations, participant education, and the administrator and participant experience. She is passionate about supporting and partnering with her clients to help them achieve their goals and initiatives.
Prior to joining Morgan Stanley, she worked at Goldman Sachs and Merrill Lynch within Equity and Credit Derivatives back office and front office teams. She was promoted to Vice President at Goldman Sachs while managing her own accounts, training new hires, and actively enhancing processes and procedures.
Danielle is currently an ECA who passed level 2 and is pursuing her Certified Equity Professional (CEP) designation. She is a Registered Rep and holds her Series 7 and 63 licenses and is a keynote speaker. Danielle has a Bachelor of Arts in Integrative Arts from Pennsylvania State University. She is based in New York City.
David Lanka
Dave is an Equity Plan Specialist in the Workplace Benefits group at Bank of America. In order to assist companies in finding the appropriate solutions for their corporate stock plans, Dave leverages over 35 years of experience in sales, relationship management, plan administration services and consulting for equity compensation and retirement plans.
Dave holds a BA in Economics with a concentration in Finance from Rutgers University, and in 2003, he earned the Certified Equity Professional (CEP) designation. In addition, he holds FINRA Series 7 and 66 registrations. Dave voluntarily served on the Technical Oversight Board for multiple GPS: Guidance | Procedures | Systems research projects conducted by the Certified Equity Professional Institute (CEPI) on topics including Global Stock Plans, Performance Awards, Employee Stock Purchase Plans, and Participant Education and Communication. He also is a member of the National Association of Stock Plan Professionals (NASPP) New York/New Jersey chapter board.
Dave resides in New Jersey with his wife and his two sons, and when he is not working, Dave enjoys coaching youth sports, teaching both typical and special needs individuals.
Emily Cervino, FGE
Emily Cervino, CEP, FGE, Head of Industry Relationships and Thought Leadership, Fidelity Stock Plan Services
As head of Fidelity Stock Plan Services' Industry Relationships and Thought Leadership, Emily drives connections with the stock plan industry and focuses on developing data-driven insights on equity compensation plan design, usage, and effectiveness based on quantitative and qualitative research to help plan sponsors make more informed decisions about their equity plans and processes.
Emily has spearheaded work to develop deep understanding of Employee Stock Purchase Plans and the impact of design on participation, conducted analysis on the relationship between Performance Award payouts and corporate performance, and shared extensive data on employee selling behavior, participant perceptions, and participant communications and engagement.
In her former role as executive director of the Certified Equity Professional Institute (CEPI) at Santa Clara University, Emily was involved in all aspects of certification, research, and program marketing. She also managed all the equity compensation programs at National Semiconductor, and held various roles at E*TRADE/ShareData.
With over 20 years in the industry, Emily is recognized for deep knowledge of and enthusiasm for equity compensation. She is a frequent speaker and author on topics to help educate employers, advisors, and the media. Emily is a board member for the Certified Equity Professional Institute, member of the NASPP Executive Advisory Committee, recipient of the NASPP Individual Achievement Award, a Fellow of Global Equity, and a representative on GEO’s Partner Alliance Council. She is a Certified Equity Professional and holds Series 7 and 63 securities registrations.
Jackie Curran
Jackie Curran is a Senior Manager at KPMG specializing in global equity compensation and tax, with a focus on driving automation in equity reporting and compliance. She has extensive experience developing scalable, technology-enabled processes that enhance efficiency and data integrity. Jackie partners with clients to design and implement automated solutions that streamline workflows and support consistent, accurate reporting outcomes.
Jacqueline Read
Jacqueline graduated from Brigham Young University- Idaho with a bachelor's degree in English. As an Associate Account Manager at Stock & Option Solutions by Allshares, Jacqueline utilizes her problem solving skills and genuine desire to help others to grow the firm. She thrives when faced with complex issues and has demonstrated her ability to understand and communicate intricate ideas into layman's terms. Joanne Wendler
Joanne Wendler is a subject matter expert in stock-based compensation for publicly traded, multi-national companies. Joanne leads with more than 20 years of experience in human resources, legal affairs, shareholder relations and global stock plan administration based in the fields of technology, entertainment, hospitality and financial services, including more than 10 years of experience as a people manager.
Joanne was the president of the Los Angeles Chapter of the National Association of Stock Plan Professionals (NASPP) and served as a member of the NASPP Executive Advisory Committee until 2023. She is regularly featured as a panelist at educational events about global stock administration best practices.
Joanne received her B.A. from the University of California at Los Angeles (UCLA) and obtained her Certified Equity Professional (CEP) designation from Santa Clara University's Leavey School of Business.
Lillian Bacher
Lillian Bacher is a seasoned executive and strategic leader currently serving as Vice President and Managing Director of Stock Plan Services at Fidelity Investments. With a career spanning high-growth SaaS environments and global financial services, Lillian has built a reputation for driving operational excellence and sophisticated relationship management. Her leadership at Fidelity focuses on scaling Stock Plan Services, where she leverages her deep expertise in customer delivery to navigate the complexities of equity compensation and institutional client success. Prior to her leadership roles at Fidelity, Lillian was a noted figure in the Boston tech ecosystem, holding director-level positions at several businesses including Vendr, SaaSWorks, and ProfitWell (formerly Price Intelligently), where she served as Global Head of Pricing, advising subscription-based companies on monetization and value-based growth. A specialist in balancing high-level strategy with execution, Lillian brings a unique data-driven perspective to customer experience and financial strategy.
Lindsay Minnis
Lindsay Minnis is a partner at Baker McKenzie in New York. Lindsay heads the New York office's Global Equity Services practice. Lindsay also serves on the Board of Directors of the Global Equity Organization (GEO). Lindsay is a frequent speaker and commentator on global equity topics, in venues including GEO, the National Association of Stock Plan Professionals, World-at-Work and the New York Compensation Association. Lindsay focuses her practice on international compensation and benefit programs for global companies. She advises on program design, implementation and compliance issues, including tax considerations, securities filing and disclosure requirements, exchange control rules, labor law exposure, data privacy concerns and other legal issues involved with offering incentive programs in different jurisdictions. She also counsels clients on the effects of mergers, reorganizations, spin-offs or other complex corporate transactions in relation to their benefit and incentive arrangements.

Paul Kolano
Paul Kolano is a Director of Stock Plan Services at Bank of America Workplace Benefits, overseeing the firm’s Equity & ESPP Plan businesses in the Western Region. Paul has spent over 25 years at BofA Merrill, all within their Stock Plan business and has worked with numerous companies over the years delivering Impactful & Innovative Stock plan programs. The goal of making financial lives better for both employees and companies alike, keeps Paul energized and enthusiastic about BofA’s Workplace Benefits mission.
Rob Williams
Robert is a Director in KPMG’s Global Reward Services (GRS) practice in New York City, which is part of the firm’s Global Mobility Services (GMS) network. He specializes in the global taxation of equity-based compensation and advises a range of multinational organizations across diverse industries. His work primarily focuses on process design and implementation, as well as award delivery, with a particular emphasis on employee rate settlement and country-specific payroll reporting and withholding requirements for equity awards granted to tax-equalized and globally mobile employees.
Prior to joining the New York office, Robert held roles with KPMG’s GMS practice in Short Hills, New Jersey, and in Frankfurt and Munich, Germany. He also completed a four-year international assignment with KPMG in Basel and Zurich, Switzerland.
In addition to his KPMG experience, Robert spent two years on the client side as a Vice President of global mobility tax for a leading New York-based investment bank.
Over his 22-year career in international tax consulting, Robert has spoken at numerous industry conferences and events, including those hosted by the Global Equity Organization (GEO), the National Association of Stock Plan Professionals (NASPP), and the Forum for Expatriate Management (FEM). He also leads the KPMG Global Reward Services learning and development initaitves.
Robert is an IRS Enrolled Agent and holds a Bachelor of Business Administration degree from the University of Notre Dame, with majors in Finance, Business Economics, and Computer Applications
Sean Trotman, FGE
Sean Trotman is a Principal within the Global Employer Services practice of BDO with more than 25 years of global tax, mobility and rewards experience.
He advises clients on employment tax, incentive compensation and mobility program policy and tax matters. His clients range from small, privately held companies to some of the largest, most complex organizations in the world. He has served as the lead advisor to many companies in the context of corporate reorganizations, particularly as to the implications for their compensation and incentive plan arrangements.
Sean is a frequent speaker at local, national and international learning and development programs, as well as external professional conferences. In addition, he has authored a number of articles for various publications, on cross-border tax, talent and rewards issues.
Sean is member of the Board of British American Business, a pre-eminent transatlantic business organization, for whom he serves on the Executive Committee as Treasurer. He is also actively involved with the Global Equity Organization with respect to which previously served as a Board Member.
Outside of his professional life, Sean enjoys trail and road biking and long distance running while his knees still allow him (he has run 5 marathons, all outside of the US, since turning 40!).
Sean was born and raised in England and earned his Bachelor’s degree in International Business and French from Aston University. Post graduation, he qualified with the Association of Taxation Technicians in the United Kingdom. Sean has also studied at the Ecole Supérieure de Commerce in Rouen, France and is fluent in French. Sean has lived in the United States for the last 18 years.
Stanley Feldman
Dr. Feldman is Chairman and co-founder of Axiom Valuation Solutions based in Wakefield, Massachusetts. Dr. Feldman is also the Research Director of Work to Own, non-profit whose mission is the increasing equity ownership across the pay scale. He is a retired Associate Professor of Finance at Bentley University. He was a member of FASB’s Valuation Resource Group, an external advisory group to FASB on fair value issues. He has advised firms going through the IPO process and has interacted with the SEC on a variety of valuation issues including how to detect incorrect reporting of investment returns. He is an expert in the valuation of complex financial securities, including thinly traded equity and fixed income instruments, hedge funds and private equity interests and public and privately held businesses. AIRAS (Alternative Investment Return Authentication Service) was developed by Dr. Feldman to discover the degree to which alternative investment managers are not reporting truthfully. Dr. Feldman is the architect of Axiom’s credit risk and valuation platforms which are used to fair value both liquid and illiquid fixed income investments. Dr. Feldman is a leading expert in valuation issues related to Purchase Price Accounting (FAS 141R/ASC 820) and Goodwill Impairment (FAS 142/ASC 350), particularly as they impact the valuation of intangible assets. Dr. Feldman has extensive background in valuing complex capital structures of early and late stage VC and private equity financed firms and has conducted numerous assignments to meet the requirements of FAS 123R/ASC 718 and IRS 409A. He has advised firms on both the buy and sell sides of business transactions and has worked to obtain financing to facilitate deal closure. He is a Daubert-qualified expert and has provided expert testimony in bankruptcy court, tax court, and state courts where the focus has been on shareholder law suits. He taught and researched valuation issues as Associate Professor of Finance at Bentley University in Waltham, Massachusetts.
Dr. Feldman is the author of a professional book Principles of Private Firm Valuation published by John Wiley Publishers in 2005. He is also the principal author of What Every Business Owner Should Know about Valuing Their Business published by McGraw-Hill Professional Books in November 2002. He contributed the “The Valuation of Private Firms†chapter for Fabozzi’s Handbook of Finance (2008).
Dr. Feldman is also an expert on industry revenue and profit forecasting. He served as Senior Vice President for Industry and Regional Services at DRI/McGraw-Hill in the late 1980s. He directed DRI’s successful expansion into detailed industry forecasting by region and by state for private sector and government clients.
Terry Adamson, FGE
Terry Adamson is a Partner with Infinite Equity. In his role, Terry has advised thousands of public and private companies with regard to equity design, valuation, accounting under ASC Topic 718, and share management.
Terry was formerly on the FASB Round Table on Employee Share Options, and on the Executive Advisory Committee of the NASPP. Terry currently serves on the Advisory Board of the CEP and is the Chairperson of the Society of Actuaries taskforce on stock option valuation. He currently serves as the President of the NASPP Philadelphia Chapter. Terry is a frequent author and speaker regarding equity compensation and is known as one of the premiere experts on Performance Share programs, specifically Relative TSR plans.
Specialties: Valuation of employee equity; share management calculations; pay for performance testing; valuation of liabilities attributed to change in control due to IRC 280G; CEO Pay Ratio; development of underwater option exchange programs; and the design of employee equity programs.
Tim Samalis
Tim has overall responsibility for the quality administration and servicing of his clients’ equity compensation plans, and helps clients with strategic planning and consultative services. Tim has been with Fidelity since 2000 and in his current role since 2016.
In prior roles, Tim was responsible for developing and executing international benefits administration strategy to proactively address global market trends and the growing international client needs in retirement benefits administration services as well as stock plan administration.
Tim earned a bachelor’s degree in political science from the University of South Florida. He holds Series 7 and 63 securities registrations, and has completed Level 1 of the Certified Equity Professional Institute certification program. Tim is also a member of the National Association of Stock Plan Professionals and the Global Equity Organization.

Zackary is the Head of Relationship Management for Computershare Employee Plan Managers in North America. He has more than 20 years of experience as a trusted advisor. He guides the relationship management teams to partner with clients to understand their changing needs and drivers to deliver market-leading solutions and services.
