Amy Reback is a financial services executive with 28 years of industry experience. Prior to accepting the interim executive director role with GEO, she was an acquisition and strategy consultant for Empower Stock Plan Services during their acquisition and integration of OptionTrax. 

For 20 years, Ms. Reback held various leadership roles at Charles Schwab, including executive leadership roles in retail wealth management, corporate relationship development, and as head of the Schwab Stock Plan Services business for six years. 

Her passion centers on building competitive business strategies, delivering seamless solutions for stock plan leaders, and empowering participants to achieve stronger financial futures. Earlier in her career, she held positions at Deutsche Bank Securities, JP Morgan Chase, and Hambrecht and Quist. 

She holds a B.A. in International Relations from the University of California, Davis, and holds FINRA Series 7, 63, 66, 9, 10, and 24 licenses. Amy lives in Colorado with her husband Dan, their two boys and three dogs.
