Marcus´s current role is EMEA Director of Client Management and Business Development.

He has worked within financial services during over a 25  year career and has held a variety of roles from Regional Treasury,  Structured Products Management  & Client Management positions in Citi, to leading the Share Plans European Relationship Management team in Morgan Stanley. Marcus has also worked as a Portfolio Client Manager for Abbey National in the International Financial Services Centre in Dublin and in Corporate Banking in the UK.

Joining Computershare in 2013, he has held senior management positions in the EMEA region and has worked directly with many of the largest plans and Issuers in the Share Plan industry for many years, helping the Issuers adopt best practice through technology and effective administrative processes.

Marcus is fluent in Spanish and holds a Masters Degree in Finance with the University of Barcelona, while he co-ordinated  of GEO Spanish Chapter and is a regular speaker at industry conferences and events.

Craig Rubino is Head of Corporate Relationship Management (North America) at Morgan Stanley at Work. In his role, Craig leads the US Public, Global Private and Canadian relationship management and participant education teams that serve workplace benefit plan relationships. Prior to this position, Craig led the communication, education, and industry events teams for E*TRADE Corporate Services’ workplace group. 

Craig has 29 years of experience in the financial services industry, with 23 years directly in equity compensation and benefit plan administration. Prior to joining E*TRADE, Craig served as vice president of product management for Fidelity Investments' Stock Plan Services group, where he helped form the start-up organization in the early 2000s. 

Craig holds an MBA from Boston College and received his bachelor’s degree from the University of New Hampshire. He is FINRA 24, 7, and 63 licensed. When Craig is not working, he is spending time with his family or catching up on his beloved Boston sports teams, especially the Boston Celtics and New England Patriots. 

Helen is Client Technical Director within the Share Plans team at MUFG Corporate Markets.  Helen has over 35 years’ experience in the share plan industry mostly working for service providers in operational teams and acting as an SME for share plan system development.  She joined MUFG (previously Link) in 2004 and has held several key roles within share plan operations, implementations and as a product specialist.

Helen is a Chartered Secretary, holds a Master of Research (MRes) in Management from Birkbeck, University of London and is a part-time lecturer for KCB.

Andrew joined Admiral Group in July 2011 and is responsible for the design, strategy and operation of Share Plans across Admiral Group, together with his team. The team cater to approximately 15,000 people around the globe.  Based in Cardiff, Admiral Group are the only Welsh FTSE100 company.

Emma is head of share plans at Flutter Entertainment plc, a duel listed company (NYSE and LSE), managing a small team who oversee all of Flutter’s equity plans across 30 countries. She is based in the UK and has worked in the share plans industry for more than 35 years in both provider and issuer roles with experience in corporate governance, executive remuneration, incentive design and implementation and global mobility. Prior to Flutter she worked in similar roles in other global companies including SSL International plc, Aggreko plc and abrdn plc. Emma is a Chartered Governance professional.

Paul Kolano is a Director of Stock Plan Services at Bank of America Workplace Benefits, overseeing the firm’s Equity & ESPP Plan businesses in the Western Region. Paul has spent over 25 years at BofA Merrill, all within their Stock Plan business and has worked with numerous companies over the years delivering Impactful & Innovative Stock plan programs.
