Dan Bird provides leadership, direction, functional expertise and consultation for the design of competitive plans and programs for BSC's senior level employee total rewards programs including base, bonus, equity, recognition, executive benefits and perquisites as applicable. Dan is the Plan Administrator for BSC’s global stock program, a member of the Morgan Stanley Client Advisory Board as well as the leader of BSC’s ongoing Pay Equity initiatives.

Amy Reback is a financial services executive with 28 years of industry experience. Prior to joining J.P. Morgan Wealth Management, she was GEO's interim executive director and an acquisition and strategy consultant for Empower Stock Plan Services during their acquisition and integration of OptionTrax. 

For 20 years, Ms. Reback held various leadership roles at Charles Schwab, including executive leadership roles in retail wealth management, corporate relationship development, and as head of the Schwab Stock Plan Services business for six years. 

Her passion centers on building competitive business strategies, delivering seamless solutions for stock plan leaders, and empowering participants to achieve stronger financial futures. Earlier in her career, she held positions at Deutsche Bank Securities, JP Morgan Chase, and Hambrecht and Quist. 

She holds a B.A. in International Relations from the University of California, Davis, and holds FINRA Series 7, 63, 66, 9, 10, and 24 licenses. Amy lives in Colorado with her husband Dan, their two boys and three dogs. 

Tanner Chournos, CEP, is a member of the Stock Team at Asana, where he drives employee education and engagement initiatives for Asana’s global workforce. Before joining Asana, he led the Associate Service Manager Team at Morgan Stanley. Tanner holds an MBA from Western Governors University and a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from the University of Utah. He is also actively involved in DEI efforts as a co-lead of Asana’s Team Rainbow Employee Resource Group.

Silvana Nuzzo is a Principal at Pay Governance with 25 years of experience in both consulting and corporate roles. Silvana advises compensation committees and management teams across a wide range of industries on executive pay design and corporate governance, with a focus on incentive programs that align with and support organizations’ short- and long-term business strategies.

Prior to joining Pay Governance, Silvana served as the Global Head of Total Rewards at Argo Group. She previously held roles as Director of Executive Compensation at International Flavors & Fragrances and as a consultant with Frederic W. Cook & Co. and Pearl Meyer & Partners.

Silvana serves as an adjunct associate professor at Columbia University’s School of Professional Studies and has been a featured speaker on compensation and corporate governance topics for a variety of organizations.

Robert Fritz is a Managing Director and member of the J.P. Morgan Private Advisory leadership team, a cross-disciplinary group of over 100 global specialists who collaborate to deliver innovative and forward-thinking strategies, working closely with Private Bank Advisors to help clients make well-informed decisions and achieve their goals. 

As Head of Executive Advisory, Robert advises CEOs and other senior executives on compensation and benefit-related matters to help them maximize these sophisticated offerings.

Robert draws on three decades of experience working directly with some of the most influential stakeholders in corporate America, whose wealth is closely tied to corporate benefits. He takes a consultative approach to help these successful clients think critically about their long-term goals and make strategic decisions that align with their aspirations. Robert’s proficiency spans the full range of company-sponsored executive compensation structures, including stock plans, deferred benefit plans, retirement plans and more.

Prior to joining J.P. Morgan, Robert spent over 30 years at Goldman Sachs Ayco, where he led the overall strategy and growth of the Executive Wealth practice as well as the income tax and insurance business.

Robert earned a B.S. in Business Administration and Management from Saint Michael's College and an M.B.A. from Union College. He sits on the boards of the LaSalle Institute and the Troy Savings Bank Music Hall Foundation. Robert enjoys spending time with his wife and four adult children and traveling to new destinations.
