Iain Wilson is a Senior Director within Computershare’s EMEA Plans Business.  Iain was previously Head of Morgan Stanley’s European Share Plans Business, Shareworks, and joined Computershare as part of our acquisition of that business in 2003.

Armon Bättig is a Co-Founder and Chief Commercial Officer (CCO) at Ledgy, Europe’s leading equity and share plan management software. As a key driver of Ledgy’s go-to-market strategy, Armon is focused on scaling revenue, building strategic partnerships, and expanding market presence. With a deep understanding of B2B SaaS and enterprise sales, he has played a pivotal role in Ledgy’s growth, helping the company reach major revenue milestones and establish itself as a category leader.

Gabbi is a passionate and persuasive advocate for the power and purpose of equity compensation and is committed to fostering expanded equity ownership globally.

She is currently Strategic Partnerships & Industry Relations Lead at Ledgy, an equity platform provider for public and privately-held global companies.

Her 25 year+ professional background includes more than a decade running global share plans at FTSE100-listed corporate issuers, and valuable leadership experience gained at service providers, charities, nonprofit & not-for-profit industry bodies in the US & UK, and startups/scaleups. Strategic, empathetic, relationship-centric leadership is her hallmark.

A Fellow of both the Global Equity Organization and the Chartered Governance Institute, in August 2025 Gabbi completed her Masters in Philanthropy, Grantmaking & Social Investment at Bayes Business School in London.

Sarah joined WEALTH at work in 2021 and heads up the new business team based from her home in Yorkshire. Sarah has extensive experience in both broad based and executive compensation plans on an international level and has over 20 years’ experience in the quality plans/employee benefits market. She is passionate about all aspects of wellbeing in the workplace and in particular financial wellbeing to help improve peoples lives. A keen runner having participated in many marathons and is proud to have raised over £28,000 for Breast Cancer charities. In her spare time Sarah is also a Rugbytots coach.

 Jane has been a leading voice in the internal communications world for over 20 years. She champions the application of modern marketing and consumer branding principles to the employee engagement sector.

With over 15 years of experience in building and managing high-value business relationships worldwide, Adva plays a pivotal role in driving the growth of ShareForce’s global client base. She is instrumental in refining and adapting ShareForce’s offerings to meet the diverse needs of regional and global clients, delivering innovative and effective solutions for share-based plan administration.

Adva’s extensive background in investments and financial markets further strengthens ShareForce’s expertise. Her experience in structuring and implementing multi-managed investment solutions for both retail and institutional clients adds depth to ShareForce’s global capabilities.

A passionate advocate for a seamless and integrated approach to equity compensation, Adva focuses on strategic partnerships, technology-driven efficiencies, and client-centric innovation. Marcus´s current role is EMEA Director of Client Management and Business Development.

He has worked within financial services during over a 25  year career and has held a variety of roles from Regional Treasury,  Structured Products Management  & Client Management positions in Citi, to leading the Share Plans European Relationship Management team in Morgan Stanley. Marcus has also worked as a Portfolio Client Manager for Abbey National in the International Financial Services Centre in Dublin and in Corporate Banking in the UK.

Joining Computershare in 2013, he has held senior management positions in the EMEA region and has worked directly with many of the largest plans and Issuers in the Share Plan industry for many years, helping the Issuers adopt best practice through technology and effective administrative processes.

Marcus is fluent in Spanish and holds a Masters Degree in Finance with the University of Barcelona, while he co-ordinated  of GEO Spanish Chapter and is a regular speaker at industry conferences and events.

Helen is Client Technical Director within the Share Plans team at MUFG Corporate Markets.  Helen has over 35 years’ experience in the share plan industry mostly working for service providers in operational teams and acting as an SME for share plan system development.  She joined MUFG (previously Link) in 2004 and has held several key roles within share plan operations, implementations and as a product specialist.

Helen is a Chartered Secretary, holds a Master of Research (MRes) in Management from Birkbeck, University of London and is a part-time lecturer for KCB.
