Gemma is a Partner specializing in the area of cross-border incentive compensation. Her particular focus area is equity compensation, working with multinational corporations helping them manage their global compliance for employer reporting and withholding on incentive compensation in relation to internationally mobile employees.
Sarah joined WEALTH at Work in 2021 and now heads the share plans team from her home in Yorkshire. She brings more than 20 years of international experience in the equity‑plan and employee‑benefits arena, spanning both broad‑based and executive compensation programs.

Martin Osborne-Shaw is the Head of Business Development for EMEA and Asia at J.P. Morgan Workplace Solutions, formerly known as Global Shares, and is based in London, England. With over 25 years of experience in the industry, Martin has a proven track record of success in business development and client service delivery.
Before joining Global Shares in 2020, Martin established and developed Killik Employee Services, which he successfully sold. He then became a director at Equiniti Premier, where he managed their discretionary share plan business. Following this, he spent four years at Shareworks by Morgan Stanley (previously Solium), leading the EMEA Client Service Delivery Team.
Iain Wilson is a Senior Director within Computershare’s EMEA Plans Business. Iain was previously Head of Morgan Stanley’s European Share Plans Business, Shareworks, and joined Computershare as part of our acquisition of that business in 2003.
