Navjeet Rosenthal-Gill (PwC) will discuss the new Dutch wage tax rules for employee stock options, from both a national and an international perspective, and the financial decisions that employees have to make in respect of their stock options. Fai Cheung (PwC) will discuss the importance of financial education and provide further insights on how share-based incentive plans can help strengthen a person’s financial position in the long term, particularly in light of the new pension rules in the Netherlands.
