
Jennifer B. George is a Principal in PWC’s organizational workforce transformation group. Before joining PWC, she was a partner in the San Francisco office of Orrick, Herrington & Sutcliffe LLP and a member of the Compensation & Benefits group. For more than 20 years, Jennifer has focused her practice on assisting US multinational companies with legal and tax issues related to the offering of employee equity incentive plans and other benefits to employees and consultants. Before joining Orrick, Jennifer worked as a partner in the global equity services group at Baker & McKenzie, LLP for almost ten years.
Jen Francis is a Director with Aon Talent Solutions communications practice, specializing in employee education, video creation and print communications in the stock plan and total rewards space. Jen started in the industry in 2000 working with software service providers and the NASPP. During her career she has worked in several areas including: consulting, training, product strategy and product management.
Jen has been a speaker at the NASPP Annual Conference, the CEP Symposium, GEO conference, service provider user conferences, and local NASPP chapter meetings.
She holds a bachelor’s degree in accounting from Central Connecticut State University, and graduate degrees in Management and Business Administration from Albertus Magnus College. Jen earned her CEP designation in November 2005 and is a volunteer for the Certified Equity Professional Institute (CEPI), serving on the certification council for CEP Institute, and serves as the Treasurer for the CT NASPP Chapter.
Galahad Dong is currently the Director, HR Systems and Total Rewards for Simpson Strong-Tie, a global manufacturing company whose mission is to help people build safer, stronger structures by developing and improving innovative, reliable, and high-quality solutions for the construction industry. Whether it’s working with senior executives, individual contributors, or on cross-functional teams, Galahad provides practical HCM solutions in a resource constrained world to drive business results. Galahad has experience in designing, implementing, and administering broad based, cash, and equity incentive plans, as well as health and welfare and retirement plans. Beyond Total Rewards, he has led global implementations of HRIS (Workday), timekeeping (UKG Dimensions), and learning (Cornerstone OnDemand) solutions. His team currently provides all HCM analytics to the organization and when he’s not busy designing the next compensation plan or building a business requirements document for a future system enhancement, you can usually find him buried in a spreadsheet trying to find that next people story with the sole intent of using people data to help push the business forward. In his free time, Galahad believes in giving back to the communities who have helped foster his career by speaking at industry events, serving on the DEI task for the National Association of Stock Plan Professionals (NASPP), and serving as a board member and treasurer of a local non-profit. Galahad holds the Certified Compensation Professional (CCP), Global Remuneration Professional (GRP), and Certified Benefits Professional (CBP) designations through WorldatWork and is a Certified ScrumMaster (CSM) through the Scrum Alliance.
Evans works with large organizations across a broad array of benefits and long-term incentive management initiatives. In particular Evans focuses on supporting organizations as they manage through change and guides them as they design their rewards programs to align with their broader organizational goals. Additionally, Evans consults on employee education and engagement campaigns, including total rewards, wealth accumulation, and wellness programs.
Evans has been a member of Fidelity Workplace Consulting for 17 years. Prior to joining Fidelity, Evans worked in the executive compensation group for a Fortune 50 company, helping to define and manage the long-term incentive awards for their executives. Before this, Evans was an actuarial consultant with Deloitte.
Evans earned bachelor’s degrees in mathematics and in economics from the University of Michigan.
Emily Cervino, CEP, FGE, Head of Industry Relationships and Thought Leadership, Fidelity Stock Plan Services
As head of Fidelity Stock Plan Services' Industry Relationships and Thought Leadership, Emily drives connections with the stock plan industry and focuses on developing data-driven insights on equity compensation plan design, usage, and effectiveness based on quantitative and qualitative research to help plan sponsors make more informed decisions about their equity plans and processes.
Emily has spearheaded work to develop deep understanding of Employee Stock Purchase Plans and the impact of design on participation, conducted analysis on the relationship between Performance Award payouts and corporate performance, and shared extensive data on employee selling behavior, participant perceptions, and participant communications and engagement.
In her former role as executive director of the Certified Equity Professional Institute (CEPI) at Santa Clara University, Emily was involved in all aspects of certification, research, and program marketing. She also managed all the equity compensation programs at National Semiconductor, and held various roles at E*TRADE/ShareData.
With over 20 years in the industry, Emily is recognized for deep knowledge of and enthusiasm for equity compensation. She is a frequent speaker and author on topics to help educate employers, advisors, and the media. Emily is a board member for the Certified Equity Professional Institute, member of the NASPP Executive Advisory Committee, recipient of the NASPP Individual Achievement Award, a Fellow of Global Equity, and a representative on GEO’s Partner Alliance Council. She is a Certified Equity Professional and holds Series 7 and 63 securities registrations.
Elena Thomas is the COO for Plan Management Corp. | OptionTrax, a full-service equity plan and securities administration software and services provider. Elena leads the operations and product development of PMC's leading equity management platform, OptionTrax. In this capacity, she works closely with both private and public company clients to ensure delivery of best practice plan administration software and services. She is also the spearhead of the OptionTrax Gender Equity in Equity Compensation study and Equity Inclusion Initiative. Areas of expertise include best practice performance award administration, financial reporting, and workplace equality. She currently serves as a Board Member of the Philadelphia chapter of NASPP and is a Certified Equity Professional.
Elena is passionate about helping clients to leverage equity compensation and technology to attract talent, drive performance, and as a tool to promote workplace equality. Prior to joining Plan Management, Elena was a Project Manager with McKinsey & Company, in their Philadelphia, Paris, and Mexico City offices. Elena focused on strategies for growth and development and promoting women in business, and built deep expertise in access to capital and financial services for micro to mid-cap companies in both developed and developing economies. Elena has also worked extensively in M&A and Corporate Sustainability.
In addition to the U.S., Elena has worked across Latin America and Europe. Elena has her MBA from the University of North Carolina Kenan-Flagler School of Business, and her BBA from The College of William & Mary.
I am an Equity Product Manager within the UBS Workplace Wealth Solutions group. I joined UBS in 1996, and currently located in the UBS Weehawken, New Jersey Office.
I have extensive experience working with companies of all sizes and complex equity plans across industries in the Fortune 500. I collaborate with our broader team to ensure we leverage UBS resources to facilitate delivery of specialized solutions to meet client needs.
Prior to my current role, I managed the Account Management team. My team was responsible for ensuring high quality customer service for our clients and developing strong relationships with stakeholders within their organization.
Prior to that role, I managed the Workplace Wealth Solutions Implementation group. In that role I managed a team responsible for onboarding new corporate clients, executing complex client projects and M&A requirements resulting from corporate actions.
I graduated from the Janice Levine School of Business at Rutgers University in New Brunswick, New Jersey with a Bachelor's of Science in Business Management. I am FINRA Series 7 and 63 registered. I also have CEP Level I certification.

Deidre is a Director at Infinite Equity, specializing in valuation, accounting, and plan design for her clients. Deidre has over nine years of compensation and benefits experience. Prior to joining Infinite Equity, Deidre held positions at two large consulting firms, most recently focusing on equity compensation solutions and previously retirement plan benefits. Deidre earned a Bachelor of Art in Mathematics/Actuarial Science from the University of Connecticut. She is a Fellow of the Society of Actuaries and pursuing the Certified Equity Professional designation. Deidre is based in San Francisco.
David Peterson is the Vice President of Global Total Rewards at Hologic, Inc. based in Marlborough, Massachusetts, USA. In this role, Dave is responsible for developing and maximizing innovative compensation and benefits programs that align with Hologic’s overall talent management and business strategies. Dave has a B.S. in Business Administration from Bryant University, an MBA. from Nichols College and is a Certified Compensation and Benefits Professional through WorldatWork. Dave is a member of WorldatWork, SHRM, New England Compensation Consortium and a Board member of the Medical Device Roundtable networking group.
