
With nearly 20 years of experience, Liz advises companies on their equity programs, with a particular love for employee stock purchase programs. Liz leverages an actuarial science background and data analytics to help companies make better design and valuation decisions. Prior to joining Infinite Equity, Liz led the Philadelphia equity compensation consulting team Aon and worked as a pension actuary at Mercer. Liz is a frequent speaker at equity compensation events, serves on the Certified Equity Professional Institute’s Advisory Board, and is the Eastern Regional Representative of the National Association of Stock Plan Professionals (NASPP). Liz has a Bachelor of Science in Actuarial Science from the Pennsylvania State University, is an Associate of the Society of Actuaries (ASA), and is a Certified Equity Professional (CEP). She is based in Philadelphia.
Lindsay heads the New York office's Global Equity Services practice. Lindsay also serves on the Board of Directors of the Global Equity Organization (GEO). Lindsay is a frequent speaker and commentator on global equity topics, in venues including GEO, the National Association of Stock Plan Professionals, World-at-Work and the New York Compensation Association. Lindsay focuses her practice on international compensation and benefit programs for global companies. She advises on program design, implementation and compliance issues, including tax considerations, securities filing and disclosure requirements, exchange control rules, labor law exposure, data privacy concerns and other legal issues involved with offering incentive programs in different jurisdictions. She also counsels clients on the effects of mergers, reorganizations, spin-offs or other complex corporate transactions in relation to their benefit and incentive arrangements.
Lindsay’s responsibilities include oversight over the global equity compensation programs, which span over 36 jurisdictions, as well as all executive compensation matters and Compensation Committee reporting. Prior to joining the Corporate HR function in January 2022, Lindsay was a Director in WTW’s executive compensation consulting practice where she developed and implemented effective executive compensation programs for clients. Lindsay graduated from The University of Michigan, Ann Arbor with a dual degree in Economics and Political Science. Lindsay earned an M.B.A. in strategy and management in organizations from the J.L. Kellogg Graduate School of Management at Northwestern University.
Keri joined Applied Materials in April 2019 and is responsible for identifying process improvements for Applied Material’s global ESPP and grant lifecycles while partnering with cross-functional teams for regulatory and legal requirements affecting the treatment of equity compensation and global stock plans. She has over 15 years of experience on equity benefit plans, project management, online education, with vendors and client relationships. Hers is an expertise across a broad range of skills; from accounting, corporate and securities laws, taxation, design analysis and stock administration.
Ken Locket is a Key Account Manager with OptionTrax, and an equity compensation industry veteran who has touched almost every aspect of plan administration in his 20+ years in the industry. Ken is an expert in building efficient administration processes, as well as streamlining coordination between issuers, brokers and transfer agents. Ken works with OptionTrax clients to build susatinable solutions across diverse equity plan and award types.
Kelley Garrett is Senior Manager, Global Equity Expansions & Compliance at DoorDash based in Seattle. Kelley leads equity plan compliance along with the equity component of global geographic expansion and mergers and acquisitions. DoorDash operates a restricted stock unit program with ~9,500 eligible employees in 37 countries. Kelley has over 20 years of experience working with employee equity programs for U.S. multi-national companies. Prior to joining DoorDash in 2022, she held various equity compensation roles at Amazon and Microsoft. Kelley received her B.A. in History from the University of Washington and M.B.A. with an emphasis in Human Resource Management from Seattle University. She earned her Certified Equity Professional (CEP) designation in 2001. Kelley served on the GEO Board of Directors from 2016-2023. Previously, she held Board positions with the Certified Equity Professional Advisory Board, the NASPP Seattle Chapter, and The Junior League of Seattle.
Katie has more than 17 years of experience on the broker side of stock plan administration, working at Fidelity as project manager and implementation manager with a focus on external taxation and mobility.
John is a senior executive responsible for sales and execution of Directed Share Programs at Bank of America. John specializes in assisting issuers in all industries in the transition from private to public by helping create custom programs, designed to fit the specific needs of each company.
Jill Keblawi is Vice President and Senior Counsel at Marriott International, Inc. and currently focuses on executive compensation matters for the company with expertise in tax, securities disclosure, corporate governance requirements. Ms. Keblawi has broad experience on equity compensation and employee stock purchase plans. In her prior role, Ms. Keblawi focused on traditional employee benefits, including tax-qualified and non-qualified deferred compensation plans subject to ERISA. Prior to joining Marriott in 2013, Ms. Keblawi worked at Seyfarth Shaw LLP and O'Donoghue & O'Donoghue LPP in Washington, D.C.
Ms. Keblawi received her undergraduate degree from University of Virginia and her law degree from the Catholic University of America, Columbus School of Law. Ms. Keblawi lives in The Woodlands Texas with her husband and three children.
