Robyn is a Partner at Infinite Equity, specializing in global equity compensation consulting for multinational employers. She has over 20 years of experience advising companies on all aspects of their equity compensation programs, including plan design and implementation, employee communications strategies, and administration efficiencies and optimization. Prior to joining Infinite Equity, Robyn held various leadership positions with Computershare, the Global Equity Organization (GEO), the National Association of Stock Plan Professionals (NASPP), and several San Diego based technology companies.
Robyn is an active board member for the Certified Equity Professional Institute, a frequent speaker on equity compensation topics, and co-author of the book, If I'd Only Known That.
Robyn has a Bachelor of Arts in English from San Diego State University, a Paralegal Certificate (with honors) from the ABA Paralegal Program at the University of San Diego, and is a Fellow of Global Equity (FGE) and a Certified Equity Professional (CEP). She is based in San Diego.
Kate is an Associate Partner with Aon Equity Services, the equity valuation and accounting group for Aon that consults with companies on the equity lifecycle. She has over twelve years of experience in assisting companies with their equity needs. Kate works directly with clients in helping with the design, valuation, accounting and on
going administration of their equity vehicles (stock options, performance awards, ESPPs). She also has extensive experience with Long Term Incentive Design, Monte Carlo Simulation, Modifications as well as Equity Conversions as the result of corporate transactions. She is a frequent speaker at industry events both locally and nationally. Kate graduated from the Smeal College of Business at the Pennsylvania State University where she obtained a Bachelor of Science degree with distinction in Actuarial Science with minors in mathematics and statistics. She has earned the Certified Equity Professional designation from Santa Clara University as well as her Associate from the Society of Actuaries (ASA). Currently, Kate sits on the Curriculum Committee for the CEP Institute.

Marianne is the Director of Global Stock Administration at Dolby Laboratories, Inc., overseeing the comprehensive management of Dolby’s Equity Compensation Plans across approximately 20 countries. With 25 years of experience in the Equity Compensation field, Marianne has extensive expertise in all aspects of Stock Plan Administration, including Global Stock Plan Management (Options, RSUs, Performance Awards, ESPP), Employee Communications, Internal and External Systems/Platforms Integrations, Financial Reporting/Accounting, Global Mobility and Taxation, SEC/Proxy filings, Option Exchanges, and M&A. In addition to her primary role, Marianne has held various positions in Investor Relations, HR, and Compensation. She holds a B.A. in Psychology from UC Santa Cruz and an M.A. in Counseling from San Jose State University. Marianne is also a Certified Equity Professional.
Pam is currently the Senior Manager of Global Equity at Couchbase. She has over 15 years of experience in the equity world with both private and public companies. Pam holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Social Science with an emphasis in the Environment from San Diego State University, and a degree in Law from New College Of California.
Pams’ favorite part of running an equity team is education for participants and building processes (work smarter not harder) Pam is former co-chair of San Francisco GEO chapter, as well as a former member of the Northern California Geo planning committee. Outside of her professional life, Pam loves to see live music, travel, spend time with her dog Tallulah as well as family and friends.
Tony is a Manager within Deloitte’s Rewards practice, specializing in Equity and Incentives out of Chicago, Illinois.
Tony is a licensed Certified Public Accountant with 11+ years of experience in helping U.S. and non-U.S. companies navigate the complexities of operating equity and non-equity based programs, which includes tax and regulatory requirements, multi-jurisdictional taxation of equity awards for international mobile employees, employee communications, qualified plan implementation and on-going administration.
Billy is a graduate of the University of Illinois and a Manager within the Deloitte Rewards practice, specializing in Equity & Incentives out of Chicago, Illinois.
He works with both public and private companies, advising on the tax aspects of operating equity- and cash-based employee incentive plans around the world, including administration, taxation, and communications. He has extensive experience assisting clients with managing the taxation of equity compensation for globally mobile employees.
In his free time, Billy can be found outdoors, at his piano, or searching for antiques with his wife.

With a career rooted in client service and relationship management, Ben has led teams, supported high-profile clients, and helped raise the bar for what “best-in-class” looks like in the equity space. He is also an active voice in the industry, including speaking engagements with GEO and NASPP.
Before Morgan Stanley, Ben held business development and client support roles at John Deere, Apollo Group, and Mind Streams, then moved into equity compensation at Charles Schwab.
Ben earned a B.S. in Aerospace Engineering from Cornell University, an MBA in Global Management from the University of Phoenix, and his Certified Equity Professional (CEP) designation from Santa Clara University. He also holds FINRA Series 7, 24, and 63 licenses.
