Dave is an Equity Plan Specialist in the Workplace Benefits group at Bank of America. In order to assist companies in finding the appropriate solutions for their corporate stock plans, Dave leverages over 35 years of experience in sales, relationship management, plan administration services and consulting for equity compensation and retirement plans.
Dave holds a BA in Economics with a concentration in Finance from Rutgers University, and in 2003, he earned the Certified Equity Professional (CEP) designation. In addition, he holds FINRA Series 7 and 66 registrations. Dave voluntarily served on the Technical Oversight Board for multiple GPS: Guidance | Procedures | Systems research projects conducted by the Certified Equity Professional Institute (CEPI) on topics including Global Stock Plans, Performance Awards, Employee Stock Purchase Plans, and Participant Education and Communication. He also is a member of the National Association of Stock Plan Professionals (NASPP) New York/New Jersey chapter board.
Dave resides in New Jersey with his wife and his two sons, and when he is not working, Dave enjoys coaching youth sports, teaching both typical and special needs individuals.
Courtney is responsible for design, development and administration of all global broad based compensation, executive and equity compensation and financial benefit programs for Dell.
Ciara has responsibility for strategic compensation planning at Cummins Inc. She has a broad depth of experience in many facets of equity compensation with responsibility for strategic planning, worldwide regulatory and tax compliance in over 70 countries, global communications, vendor management, and stock plan reserve analysis. Ciara’s issuer experience includes oversight of employee stock plans in various M&A transactions, design and implementation of ESPPs in 21 countries, insider trading compliance, and overall plan administration.
She has worked for Cummins since 2008. Ciara earned a Master’s in Business Administration from the University of Tennessee and is a Certified Equity Professional (CEP). Ciara lives in Nashville, Tennessee with her husband, John, and three daughters.
Chris Dohrmann is Executive Director at J.P. Morgan company and host of the Global Shares equity compensation podcast, Own Up. Chris has over 30 years’ experience and has worked with companies ranging from startups to pre-IPO, from small to mid-cap companies in the US, and with international Fortune 500 firms. Chris’ career has spanned all areas of the industry, including investment banks, issuers, brokers, and platform providers. Chris was formerly Executive Director at Equatex, and prior to that spent 20 years in positions at Morgan Stanley Smith Barney, Citigroup and AST. He is experienced in managing high profile, high revenue relationships, as well as large client bases. Chris is a Fellow of Global Equity as well as a current member of the National Association of Stock Plan Professionals, a former Board Member of Global Equity Organization as well as the CEPI Advisory Board.
Charles Russo is a regional manager for Computershare’s Employee Share Plans business, overseeing a team of relationship managers responsible for a portfolio of corporate clients across a wide range of industries. Since joining Computershare in 2008, Charles has leveraged his experience in the employee compensation business to ensure high levels of quality and satisfaction for all of his clients. Prior to joining Computershare, Charles was with UBS, Bankers Trust and JP Morgan. During his thirty-plus years of financial services experience, he has held positions in relationship management, product management and operations, across various disciplines.
Charles earned his B.S. and MBA in Finance from Fordham University.
Chanani advises multinational companies across all industry lines on a variety of employment-related matters and implementation of global equity compensation programs. He globally manages large multi-country and large multi-function HR projects.
From an employment law perspective, Chanani advises his clients on a wide range of employment-related matters outside the United States, including global/local offer letters and employment contracts, rollout of HR policies and employee handbooks as well as termination and settlement agreements. His work also covers advising clients hiring, HR data privacy compliance, discrimination risks, as well as performance management and terminations. He also works with his clients to consider the employment-related impact of, and undertake due diligence for, cross-border corporate transactions, including mergers and acquisitions, spin-offs, and IPOs.
Chanani also counsels his clients on how to effectively design, implement, communicate and administer equity-based compensation programs and other long-term incentive awards to their employees and other service providers worldwide. His work covers securities law, foreign exchange, employment, tax and other compliance requirements related to these programs. He also provides services in the areas of corporate tax planning, cross-border tax planning, payroll support and employee education with respect to global equity programs, including in the context of corporate transactions.
He has presented at industry educational forums, such as the National Association of Stock Plan Professionals (NASPP) and Global Equity Organization (GEO), on topics related to tax compliance as well as effective design, implementation and administration of global equity-based awards and other long-term incentive plans.
Carl is appointed Global Vice President, Total Rewards for The Coca-Cola Company. He has extensive experience building Total Rewards philosophy and strategy, aligning approaches to base pay, annual bonus, LTI and benefits across global markets.
Carl has had a 20+ year career with the Coca-Cola system, in positions of increasing responsibility including serving as legal counsel, Director of HR Strategy and Planning, Director of Executive Compensation, Strategic Business Partner, and as HR Center of Excellence lead.
Brennan Rittenhouse is a Managing Director with A&M Taxand, LLC in Denver, Colorado, specializing in compensation and benefits planning and consulting.
He brings an expertise in all areas of Senior Leadership, independent director, and broad-based compensation consulting. Some of the areas in which he has significant experience include compensation benchmarking, designing and implementing both short- and long-term incentive plans, creating salary structures, sales compensation plan design, completing pay equity analyses, and transaction related due diligence and integrations.
Mr. Rittenhouse is also an Adjunct Professor at the University of Denver’s College of Law Graduate Tax Program, teaching a course on executive and nonqualified deferred compensation.
Mr. Rittenhouse earned his bachelor’s degree from the University of Central Florida, his law degree from Florida State University College of Law, and his LL.M. in Taxation from the University of Denver.
Dr. Bill Castellano is Professor of Strategic HR Management at Rutgers University School of Management and Labor Relations. He is also the Executive Director for the Center for Employee Ownership and an Executive Committee member of Rutgers Institute for the Study of Employee Ownership and Profit Sharing. Bill also serves as a board member of the Global Equity Organization. Bill is the former Chair of the HR Department and Associate Dean of External Engagement and Executive and Professional Education and former Director of the Center for HR Strategy. His research, teaching, and consulting activities are focused on understanding the impact of employee ownership and equity compensation strategies on individual and organizational outcomes, the strategic management of human capital, employee engagement, and developing leaders for the challenges of the 21st century. Bill has over forty years of experience working in corporate Fortune 50, entrepreneurial and research environments. Before joining Rutgers University, he held senior HR management positions at Merrill Lynch and Manufactures Hanover Trust where he was involved with human resource strategies and practices that supported both individual business groups and the global enterprise. Bill is an accomplished researcher publishing his work in practitioner and academic journals and is a frequent speaker at national HR and business conferences.
