As Head of Global Advanced Solutions, Darren leads a comprehensive offering that delivers solutions to complex problems employers encounter when offering workplace benefits domestically and globally. Prior to joining Morgan Stanley, Darren was a leader in several international companies and was a Professor of Finance. 

Darren holds a Juris Doctor (J.D.) from both the University of Colorado Boulder and the University of Alberta, as well as a master’s degree in finance and strategic management.

Barry joined Global Shares, now J.P. Morgan Workplace Solutions, in 2019, having worked with Morgan Stanley and Computershare in a variety of client facing roles. Barry brings unparalleled experience in managing very large and sophisticated share plans.
During his time with J.P. Morgan Workplace Solutions, Barry has constructed a Client Management Team that now boasts some of the very best, most experienced people from the share plan industry.

Cesárea Sánchez Turanzas is a people oriented professional with broad HR experience and focus on Performance, Rewards, Diversity and Inclusion. Currently serving as Performance & Rewards Director at Sanoma Group, Cesárea is responsible for establishing Sanoma Performance and Rewards strategy, governance and guiding principles that align with the company’s goals and drive executive performance. Cesárea has experience in employee share plans in companies based in US, Italy and Finland, and has successfully led several high-impact projects, like the implementation of Employee Stock Purchase Plans, Performance Shares Plans and Restricted Shares Plans. Prior to joining Sanoma, she was the Rewards and DE&I Director at doValue Group, and before her tenure at doValue, she hold different responsibilities at Unisys, leading Benefits function worldwide and being the Global Rewards Lead for all regions (EMEA, LAC, APAC). Cesárea initiated her career in consultancy companies like Accenture and DTI, where she helped her clients to revamp their HR strategy and define change management approach. She is committed to push and nurture the Diversity&Inclusion agenda, with experience in the creation of Diversity&Inclusion Councils. Cesárea holds a bachelor’s degree in Business Administration from the Universidad Autónoma de Madrid, and a bachelor’s degree in Human Resources from the Universidad Europea de Madrid. She completed the Management Development Program at IESE, the Executive Programme for Women in Leadership positions at ESADE Business & Law School, she is Six Sigma Black Belt and currently she is in the process of becoming an ICF certified coach. She is teacher in different programs in HR and rewards related topics, an active member of professional organizations like EJECON or GEO, and frequently speaks at industry conferences. Cesárea’s professional philosophy centers around the person, and the belief that well-designed compensation programs are key to engaging top talent.
